What is Cooper@?
Cooper@ consists of a digital platform through which to develop the whole process of convening and conduct of meetings of the sectoral conferences, committees and working groups, since the convening and referral of documentation, as at the same conduct by videoconference. It also incorporates all facilities to develop the administrative workload related to these meetings, from the list of participants, control of delegations of assistance or to vote, as well as the development of a first version of the record through transcripts.
What legislation is based Cooper@?
- Article 142.c of Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, provides that the obligations stemming from the duty of collaboration between the public, delimited by item 141, shall be served through the development of Digital Platform of collaboration between the public.
- The Real Decreto 440/2024, de 30 de abril, sobre criterios de funcionamiento de las Conferencias Sectoriales lists the forecast of the procedures for decision-making in the sectoral conferences provided for in articles 147 to 152 of the act 40/2015.
- The PJC order/385/2024, 30 april, creating a Digital Platform of collaboration between the public and regulates its structure and operations, in implementation of the additional provision thirtieth of law 40/2015, which states that by ministerial order be established and shall establish the operation of Cooper@.
What does Cooper@?
