(amended to adapt to developments IMI v7)
Whenever an authority accepts an enquiry, it is responsible for responding to the full questionnaire received. It is therefore important, before accept a consultations, review the questions received, to confirm that a proper authority (if we are not be ‘ refer ’ -reenviar- to another authority or coordinator).
Despite everything, it can happen that having accepted an enquiry, we realise that we cannot offer answer. If only lack of information to answer any questions the whole received, what has been done is divided consultation. IMI allows to select a subset of questions and transferring them to another authority.
If we see that we are not at all an authority, can send the Full information to another authority. This reference could even be done when we have accepted the information).
