Galician
In the linguistic precepts galician statute.
Article 5
1. The language of Galicia is galician.
2. The galician and spanish languages are official in Galicia and everyone has the right to access and use them.
3. The authorities of Galicia will guarantee the normal use and of the two official languages and will improve the use of the galician in all spheres of public life, cultural and informative and provide the means necessary to facilitate their knowledge.
4. No one may be discriminated against on grounds of language.

Article 25
In the resolution of competitions to fill the posts of judges, judges, clerks, prosecutors and all staff members to the service of the administration of justice, will be preferential credit specialization in the Law and the galician language of the country.
Article 26
1. Notaries and Registrars of the Commercial Property and shall be appointed by the autonomous community, in accordance with the laws of the state. For the provision of notary publics, candidates will be admitted on an equal rights, whether exercised in the territory of Galicia and in the rest of spain. In these competitions will be preferential credit specialization in galician and knowledge of the language of the country. In no case may be the exception of nature or neighbourhood.
