Who can reset my password if I forget it?
15/06/2009
The validator coordinator may ‘reset’ the passwords of administrator users in the authorities in which he/she is the validator, but may not reset the passwords for others (non-administrator users) as nobody (not even the validator coordinator) may know the internal structure of another authority (which users form part of it, whether it uses assignation or not, etc.). Non-administrator users must contact the administrator for their authority (namely the “closest” one) to reset their password. Only in the event that the administrator has forgotten his/her password, may the coordinator be contacted to reset it.
