Real Decreto-ley 6/2024 (DANA, municipalities Annex I)

ACTION TAKEN

(BOE 06/11/2024) Royal Decreto-ley 6/2024, of 5 november, which take urgent measures to respond to damage caused by depression Isolated at high levels (DANA) in different municipalities from 28 october and on 4 november 2024.

Section 1.1.The present real decreto-ley aims to the adoption of urgent measures to respond to damage caused by depression Isolated at high levels (DANA) in the municipalities included in the annex to this rule from 28 october and on 4 november 2024

Article 5.System of aid to local entities to works of reparation, restitution or reconstruction of infrastructure, equipment or installations and facilities owned by the local and provincial levels.

1. The Ministry of Territorial policy and Democratic Memory granted subsidies to local entities in the annex of this royal decreto-ley to implement projects directly related to the events referred to in article 1, with the aim of the performance of works of reparation, restitution or reconstruction of infrastructure, equipment or installations and facilities owned by the local, provincial or island, to be included in any case the works of reparation, restitution or reconstruction of roads, of up to 100 per cent of the cost, depending on the conditions established in accordance with paragraph 2. This will be financed the reconstruction of infrastructure, equipment or facilities and services in another physical space distinct from its existing location.

2. Grants are awarded directly, in accordance with article 22.2.b) of act 38/2003 of 17 november, General, through resolution of granting or convention on the advice of the ministry of finance.

3. Shall not be subject to subsidies under this article those actions in the field of road infrastructure have been the subject of replacement by the ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility under the authorization provided for in article 74 of the royal Decreto-ley 7/2024, 11 november, which take urgent measures to the momentum of the Plan of immediate response, reconstruction and recovery from harm caused by Isolated depression at high levels (DANA) in different municipalities from 28 october and on 4 november 2024, or ADIF ADIF-Alta Speed and under the eleventh additional provision of this royal decreto-ley. To this end, the ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility communicated to the minister of Territorial policy and Democratic Memory the relationship of these proceedings as well as on such a relationship can produce, also referring a memory of the narrative of the same.
