The evaluation report 2022
The General state administration in the territory is responsible for carrying out the activity of the state in a devolved on the territory, the Government Delegate of direction in the autonomous communities and their coordination with the administration of the autonomous community.
The present report, as provided for in article 73.1.b of law 40/2015, of 1 october, from The Legal Regime of the public Sector, reflects an overall assessment on the functioning of the services of the General state administration in the territory in 2022.
