Draft royal decree amending council regulation on population and demarcation of local entities, approved by royal decree 1690/1986 of 11 july
The project submitted to the process of hearing and public information, amending council regulation on population and demarcation of local entities to improve communication, between Municipalities and the national statistical institute (INE), variations in the data of its municipal registers occurring in real time with this interconnection between the standards and the national statistical institute. This improvement is made for communications concerning the spanish voters residing abroad.
