Draft Ministerial Order which regulates and convenes the selection process for the appointment of members of the higher council on foundations, representing foundations.

Summary:
The project submitted to the process of hearing and public information is introduced the draft Ministerial Order which regulates and convenes the selection process for the appointment of members of the high council of foundations, on behalf of the foundations, in accordance with article 52.1 of the rules of procedure of foundations of state matter.
The draft ministerial order has a dual purpose; on the one hand to regulate a selection procedure for foundations with representation at the higher council on foundations adjustment to the reality of founding sector of our country; and on the other hand make the selection of the representatives concerned.
