Summary:
The project submitted to the process of hearing and public information is introduced the draft royal decree amending council regulation on foundations of state matter, adopted by royal decree 1333/2005 of 11 november that it intended to modify the composition of the high council of foundations, to the representation of foundations can meet the real image of this sector in our country, as well as to bring the participation of representatives of the General state administration to the current structure of ministerial departments. Similarly, and, consequently, modified the composition of the bodies that depend on the Higher Council of Foundations and comply with the regulations in force for its mode of operation.
