ACTION TAKEN

Agreement on the declaration"area affected severely by an emergency civil protection" the territory concerned as a result of depression at high levels (DANA) that has affected large areas of the peninsula from 28 october and on 4 november 2024.

In order to alleviate the damage and damage that could have been produced, in accordance with article 24 of act no. 17/2015, of 9 july, and other legal provisions and regulations, may be taken, if considered appropriate, the measures referred to in paragraphs below.

WARNING:Is excluded from convening the territorial scope of the 78 municipalities set forth in the annex to the Real Decreto-ley 6/2024, of 5 november.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

Applications can be filed since the 9:00 hours a day after this call in the BOEuntil 15:00 hours on 10 april 2025.

A request which occursoutside the deadline will be dismissed.

It will submit a request by the project.
